Sapna Bhat is the Promoter and Chief Executive Officer of iTechPath. She has over 20 years of IT experience as Lead Architect in leading IT companies in Bangalore and has capitalized on this experience to launch iTechPath.
She has strong hands on experience leading all stages of system development efforts including estimation, planning, requirement analysis, design, development, testing and onsite co-ordination. She has exposure to several IT applications with specialized skills in Logistics and Telecom applications. She has worked on some of the latest technologies like Cloud Networking and Software Defined wide area networking (SD-WAN).
She has worked with Global customers like Lufthansa, British Telecom, KPN in both offshore and onsite delivery models.
She is a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Communications) from University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE), Bangalore.
Kalyan is the founder of Align Associates. Kalyan sits on the board of many of his clients and a trusted advisor to many business families. He is a CA and CISA certified professional.
He is a Business Transformation Advisor and has successfully helped companies to double their profits, cut costs, increase sales, improve margins, increase employee performance and systematically build successful organizations. A Chartered Accountant by qualification and an All India rank holder, he is also an Information Systems Specialist and Strategic Business Advisor. He has more than 22 years of professional experience advising 400 plus corporates in streamlining their businesses, processes, systems and strategies. He has worked with KPMG, Maruti Suzuki and Brahmayya & Co.

Jyoti Bhat has a rich global experience of over 25 years in the IT industry. Her expertise is spread across Strategy Implementation, Technology development and Offshore Delivery Management. Jyoti program managed several strategic initiatives during her 18 years career with Infosys Ltd that were significant for the expansion from 250 to over 150,000 employees. She has worked with several Fortune 500 companies in software development and business process improvement programs. Jyoti is a strong believer in processes and systems and is a certified CMMI assessor, BS 25999 (BCM) and ISO 9000 Auditor trained in Six sigma techniques. Jyoti is passionate about digital technologies and their impact on business and society. She is an experienced researcher who has several publications and patent applications.
Jyoti has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Bangalore University and is a doctoral candidate from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. As a Consultant, she is helping the company in the areas of offshore business and product development.
He is presently with iTechPath as a Senior Systems Consultant and performs innovative and highly complex ABAP programming, design, testing, and debugging related to the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP ABAP modules like SD, MM, PP, HR, FICO, etc on multiple US clients for supporting end users and business enhancements.
